Because of its relative youth, the Non-Rigid Plastic Industry has lacked awareness of the standards that have evolved through the American Society of Testing Materials. These standards are now defined as ASTM D-638. E.J. Cady & Company has researched in depth to develop an instrument which conforms to this regulation.
